To combine with localised search folders, we′ve added the ability to search with our database directly from within Google without the need to even visit the Letopedia portal itself.

All a user has to do is subscribe to our search link, and google will display relevant property results when the user enters keywords such as “lettings in london”.

Our internal search page demonstrates the system, but you can try it for yourself with a preview if you subscribe to the Letopedia linked search.

The ability to browse properties as easily as you would browse files in a folder on your computer has been switched on for Letopedia. You can now browse by simply entering parts of the address as folder names in the URL of a Letopedia page, see these examples.

We've also added high definition images of properties, providing that the property is hosted with Letopedia, and the agent has uploaded images of sufficient quality.

The images are also used to drive directly the digital 'live' advertising boards seen in offices and workstation screensavers. These environments run Windows based software which connects to our databases via RSS and downloads a list of property held by that agent, and the relevant images and property details; to display along with their own advertisement messages on digital screens.
